I he been to several Lovers locations. Good service with friendly and knowledgeable people seems to be the standard. Always be candid about what you want and why---most sales associates he tried a wide variety of the products they sell and give great feedback, along with sing you time searching on your own. This visit I received awesome customer service from Maddie. I highly recommend checking online for a coupon before heading in. The website for ValPack coupons usually has some, and you should definitely sign up for Lovers Rewards to get great emails! Happy shopping!

The store is nothing like it used to be staff was great but no exploring each floor. It was very disappointing. Wish it had never changed. Not sure if Id ever go back now knowing only 2 floors and not much to choose from anymore.

Very nice place. Not that many toys though. Thats what I was shopping for. Mainly clothes which made me disappointed. So I didnt buy anything. But the girl there was very nice. Just didnt he anything I was looking for.

The staff was friendly and engaging! The he a lingerie section upstairs and a toy dungeon downstairs! Very professional overall in appearance and customer service. Bought some some toys as well.
