Ordered for next day delivery and picked my time slot. Did not arrive. Contacted live chat and was told it had been delayed and would arrive by the end of the day. Later tried to track again and it was mot dispatched. Live chat said this time it had been damaged and they would he to send another one out that day. Never arrived. Called customer services and they told me that neither of the items i had paid for were even in stock dispite their website saying they were. Requested a refund and that was ignored they delivered the items 3 days after i actually wanted them for and said they would refund my delivery charge as compensation and they didnt even bother doing that. I lost a whole day waiting for a delivery that they knew was never coming then delivered it after i actually needed it and handed it to the person at home that i had ordered it for. Wouldnt usually be a problem but it was his birthday gifts and that was the surprise ruined.
